DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered within 7 working days, subject to no unexpected delays. All jewellery is sent in eco-packaging, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

If you spend £150 +, delivery is free of charge.

Please note delivery is subject to a product lead time. Bespoke & personalised orders will take longer, however Madeleine will be in touch throughout the process.

​​RETURNS 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange. Providing the product has no sign of wear and is in the original packaging and returned within 14 days or purchase.

Terms & Conditions

Our products are sold under the following terms & conditions, by purchasing one of our products you agree to abide by these terms.

Warranty

During the Warranty Period of 12 months from purchase, we will repair or replace at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use & care. 

Faulty

Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault happens within 3 months of purchase. Items damaged as a result of general wear & tear are not considered faulty. Please contact Madeleine if this happens and in most cases, we will repair the faulty item.

Wear & Tear

It is not recommended that you wear your jewellery when participating in sports, swimming in both the sea & in a pool and sleeping. Avoid contact with creams, perfume and make-up and please be aware solvents, bleaches & household cleaning products can tarnish silver. 

Please note some skin types can make silver go black, this is not a manufacturing error and only surface discolouration. It can be easily removed with a cloth.

Jewellery with gems, stones or diamonds

Any jewellery that contains a gem or diamond should be used with extra care. Some stones can crack or chip. These cannot be resized once worn. 

Bespoke

Bespoke or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. When ordering  your piece, Madeleine will confirm with you your design, it is at this point you can make any necessary changes. Beyond this, it is highly unlikely any modifications can take place. Please be aware all jewellery is hand made, so there may be slight imperfections.

Cleaning your jewellery 

 

To clean your jewellery ensure you use no harsh products, rather solely soap and water to lightly wash the jewellery. You can use a soft toothbrush to lightly clean any tricky details. DO NOT brush hard or use harsh bristles. Use a soft, clean cloth to dry and/or polish.
