Based on the information gathered during the consultation, Madeleine will create a design proposal. This proposal includes sketches and digital renderings.
Choosing the Perfect Ingredients
Material Selection
Once the design is approved, the next step is selecting the materials. This involves choosing the type of metal (e.g., gold, silver, platinum), gemstones (if any), and other materials needed to bring the design to life.
Crafting Dreams with Care
Crafting Begins
Once the final design is approved, Madeleine will begin the making process. This involves meticulously handcrafting the bespoke piece using traditional skilled goldsmithing techniques.
Keeping You in the Loop
Progress Updates
Throughout the creation process, Madeleine will provide regular progress updates to keep you informed and involved every step of the way. This will include photos, videos, or samples, depending on your preferences.
Unveiling Your Masterpiece
Presentation and Delivery
Once the piece is finished and passes our quality inspection, Madeleine carefully packages the piece in her beautiful & sustainable boxes and prepares the piece for delivery or collection.

Aftercare
Madeleine's commitment to customer satisfaction doesn't end with the delivery of the bespoke piece. She offers a free polish when desired as well a complimentary upcycled piece of jewellery within the year.
