  • The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the design, but typically, custom pieces take between 2 to 6 weeks. I will keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Do you offer resizing or adjustments?

  • Yes, I can resize rings or make adjustments to other pieces. I offer one free resize for engagement or bridal jewellery. If you order an item below £500 in the wrong size, I charge a £30 fee to resize. To prevent ordering the wrong size, you can purchase a ring sizer on the website on the Ring Collection page.

  • In the unfortunate and unlikely event one of my own pieces needs repairing, I do not charge.
