Shipping policy

Orders will be delivered within 7 working days, subject to no unexpected delays. All jewellery is sent in eco-packaging, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

​If you spend £150 +, delivery is free of charge.

​Please note delivery is subject to a product lead time. Bespoke & personalised orders will take longer, however Madeleine will be in touch throughout the process.
