Please note that all rings featured on this website are made to order. Each piece is individually handcrafted especially for you, and for this reason we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order or bespoke items.

If you happen to order the incorrect ring size, we are happy to offer a resizing service. Please note that resizing may require additional time and will incur a fee starting from £60, unless the item purchased is over £500.

To help ensure the perfect fit, we offer ring sizers for purchase on our website.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for general wear and tear on items older than one year. In line with UK consumer regulations, we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items where you have changed your mind. However, as a small business, we kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before ordering.

Please Note

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault within 3 months of purchase such as a stone becoming loose or falling out. Maddy will offer a complimentary repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs and details of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
